[IBR-TDD-45] The cac:TaxScheme/cbc:ID element MUST be present in cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyTaxScheme. A value of VAT identifies the associated cbc:CompanyID as IBT-031 (Seller VAT identifier); any other value identifies it as IBT-032 (Seller tax registration identifier)
