Specification identification
An identification of the specification containing the total set of rules regarding semantic content, cardinalities and business rules to which the data contained in the instance document conforms. The identification may include the version of the specification as well as any customizations applied.

Business process type identifier
Identifies the business process context in which the transaction appears. It enables the buyer to process the document in an appropriate way.

The tender clarification request identifier
Identifies the tender clarification request as issued by the contracting body. Must be expressed as a UUID

The tender clarification request issue date
The date on which the tender clarification request is issued.

The tender clarification request issue time
The time when the tender clarification request is issued. The issue time must have granularity of seconds, and include time zone information.

The contracting body
Party information of the contracting body

The economic operator
Party information of the economic operator

Additional document reference
Additional document reference is used for identifying the procurement procedure and the questions for the tender. The ContractFolderID must be at least provided. Additional references may be included to list the questions for the tender that is reponding to the procedure, LotGroups or Lots.
